My son has a shirt that reads, “I’m my dad’s lucky charm.” It’s the cutest shirt I’ve ever seen my son wear. As far as I’m concerned, that’s a shirt he can wear everyday!
What is it about LUCK? We wish people “good luck!” and say things like, “I hope I’m lucky today” or “I’m down on my luck.” Dictionary.com defines luck as “the force that seems to operate for good or ill in a person’s life, as in shaping circumstances, events, or opportunities.” Many of us go through life thinking that success is a matter of luck for some and not for others.
While I do wish you the best of luck this year, I believe that it takes much more than just luck to buy or sell a home in today’s real estate market. It takes planning and a strategy to achieve the desired results. As luck would have it (pun intended), I’m surrounded by brilliant coaches, teachers, agents, and clients, who have helped me learn the strategies necessary to successfully sell real estate in today’s real estate market.
If you want to chance it, go at it alone, or hope to get lucky this year, it’s not likely that you’ll actually get that lucky. This market is rocky and you may not find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
Let me help you with your real estate plans this year to make them a reality!
