“He was, simply the best real estate agent we have ever worked with in buying a new home.”

I wanted to send you a quick note and provide you with some feedback on Aaron Zapata.  Aaron was our agent during our recent relocation from the Chicago area to SoCal.  One of the highlights of our recent move was working with Aaron on finding our next home.  He was, simply the best real estate agent we have ever worked with in buying a new home.  He was professional, always prepared, and listened to what we were looking for, in our next home.  We had a very small window of time to try and find something that fit into our schedules and we actually purchased the first home he took us to.  He knew exactly what we were looking for and made the most of the limited time we had for house hunting.  We also had some very challenging issues in working with the seller of our new home, along with the agent, and it got even more complicated with the seller and agent of the home our seller was buying.  Aaron carefully navigated through the sticky challenges with the other parties and we ended up with the house we wanted.  We also had some unique challenges in getting through the financing part of our new home purchase and Aaron did a great job in working with our mortgage company and helping us move that process forward as quickly as possible.

Besides his thorough knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in SoCal, one of his strengths is his people skills and handling difficult issues, in a high-stress environment.  We appreciated his calm and consistent approach no matter what the circumstances were, as we had some stressful situations in this transaction.  I would highly recommend Aaron to any of my peers at work, or friends or family who are relocating to this area.
