Dear Aaron,

It’s been several months since you helped me finalize my home purchase for my relocation, and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the personal touch you gave me throughout the process.

From the beginning, you took the time to understand my needs and took care of all the little details.  You refined the home search process by asking the right questions, and taught me about the real estate market dynamics and nuances.  Most of all, I truly appreciated you facilitating the mortgage, home inspection, and escrow processes as it helped reduce some of the stress of settling into my new job.

While I understand that you have many people to take care, you treated me like your number 1 client whenever we interacted (whether in person, on the phone, or by e-mail) because you provided timely delivery and looked out for my interests.  When there were possible issues, you pointed them out, clarified ambiguities, and also provided me options.

Your real estate expertise and experience have been invaluable in meeting my relocation needs.  I am confident that you will continue to provide this excellent service to others as you have to me.
