I was referred to three selling agents for my neighborhood from the relocation company handling my move. My task was to interview all three and provide them information about the selling of my home. He even got down on his hands and knees, in his dress shirt and slacks to adjust my sliding closet doors to run smoothly on the track. He also picked up and put things away, while I packed for a mini vacation and let me leave for my vacation while he finished up. He also prepared a virtual video tour and provided ample marketing materials.
One initial assessment Aaron made was that my property would have multiple offers within the first week of listing.
